Secretary General
Siddarth Rekhi is a second-year student from Centreville, Virginia, majoring in Commerce and minoring in Foreign Affairs. He has competed in Model UN for eight years. Along with serving as Secretary-General of VIGMUN, Siddarth is also Chief of Staff for VAMUN and USG Conference Affairs for VIGMUN. Outside of MUN, Siddarth is involved in several public speaking and business clubs on Grounds, and practices martial arts. In his spare time, he can be found plane-spotting or watching F1. He is very excited to meet everyone in February!

Director General
Matt Tam is a first year from McLean, Virginia hoping to major in Commerce with a minor in Foreign Policy. He competed in Model UN all 4 years in high school and is excited to help run VIGMUN as Director-General because it'll be the first time he can hear debate from older generations outside of the Thanksgiving dinner table! In his free time, Matt can be found watching movies, playing the guitar or drums, and hiking or playing football!

Charge D’Affaires External
Krishna Agarwal is a first-year student from Richmond, Virginia. He's competed in Model UN for the past three years and was the Secretary General for his high school conference HIMUNC. He currently serves as VIGMUN's External Charge d'Affairs, but is also a part of VAMUN and VICS as a crisis staffer and is on the Model UN Travel Team. Outside of MUN, Krishna is a practice chair for the Pickleball Club on grounds, part of Virginia Di Shaan Bhangra Group, and a team lead for one of REM on Campus's consulting teams.

Charge D’Affaires Internal
Ingrid Schaefer is a second-year from St. Mary’s, Maryland and is a Foreign Affairs major with a minor in Russian. She has been doing MUN since 5th grade and is on the UVA MUN team. Outside of MUN she is in the Washington Society, an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Affairs, and loves going to house shows and being involved in the UVA music scene. She is so excited to support VIGMUN this year!

USG of Logistics
Izzy Davidson is a first-year student from Seattle, Washington, with an intended major in foreign affairs and public policy. She participated in Model UN throughout high school and is now a member of UVA's Model UN team. In addition to serving as USG of Logistics for VIGMUN XI, Izzy has served as an Assistant Crisis Director for VAMUN and will Chair the Gossip Girl committee at VICS. Outside of IRO, Izzy is part of Women in Law and the Virginia Review of Politics. In her free time, she can be found working out, listening to an endless array of podcasts, or reading.

USG of Media & Marketing
Laila Churchwell is a first-year student from Smithfield, Virginia. She competed in Model UN for seven years and hosted three middle school MUN conferences. Along with being a Crisis Director for VICS, Laila was a Vice Chair for VAMUN and was the USG of Media and Marketing for VIGMUN XI. Outside of MUN, Laila is involved with political organizations on grounds, focusing on social media, graphic design, and voter registration. In her spare time, she can be found obsessively watching F1, reading nonfiction or poetry, and watching Gossip Girl.

Counselor to the Secretariat
Calvin Pan is a third-year from McLean, VA, completing his Bachelor’s in Foreign Affairs with minors in French and Data Science in 2026 before completing his Master’s in Public Policy in 2027. This will be Calvin’s third time on VIGMUN Secretariat! Calvin was the President of the International Relations Organization, VIGMUN’s parent organization, and competes regularly with UVA’s MUN travel team. Outside of MUN, Calvin is a representative (judge) on the University Judiciary Committee, loves to run/hike/bike around Charlottesville, and plays keyboard in a rock band – follow @namegamebandd on Instagram!
