Registration

To register, please fill out the form in this link!

The fee for all delegates (aside from UVa students*) attending VIGMUN is $15. In order to pay the delegate fee, either Venmo IROatUVA (include your name - or school/organization name if registering multiple delegates - and “VIGMUN Delegation Fee” in the description), mail a check, or bring a check to Registration the day of the conference. All checks should be made out to the “International Relations Organization” with your name and "VIGMUN" in the information line, and if mailing, send them to the following address: International Relations Organization, P.O. Box 400435, Newcomb Hall Station, Charlottesville, VA 22904.

If you are unable to pay the fee and require financial assistance, please email charge.vigmun@iroatuva.org. Although fees can be paid at the door, registration will close one week before the conference!


*UVa students do not need to pay the conference fee

Although this organization has members who are University of Virginia students and may have University employees associated or engaged in its activities and affairs, the organization is not a part of or an agency of the University. It is a separate and independent organization which is responsible for and manages its own activities and affairs. The University does not direct, supervise or control the organization and is not responsible for the organization's contracts, acts or omissions. IRO and VIGMUN Secretariat reserve the right to change website contents at any given time.
